Monthly Camera Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The Monthly Camera Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
    • Employees, family members, and affiliates of AH Photography LLC are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Enter:

    • Participants must enter their Email & Name to a form presented by AH Photography LLC.

  3. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
    • The drawing will take place within seven days after the end of the Entry Period.

  4. Notification:

    • The winner will be notified via email within three days after the drawing.
    • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

  5. Prize:

    • The winner will receive the camera specified on the entry (entry, sign up) page
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

  6. Publicity:

    • By entering the Giveaway, participants grant AH Photography LLC the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  7. Privacy:

    • Participant information will be used only for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

  8. General Conditions:

    • AH Photography LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
    • AH Photography LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

  9. Release of Liability:

    • Participants release AH Photography LLC from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

  10. Disputes:

    • Any disputes related to the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association.

  11. Governing Law:

    • The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Missouri.

By participating in the Monthly Camera Giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
